Der Multiinstrumentalist und Songwriter Samuel Walker lebt für die Musik. Sein Freund, der Songwriter Fred Kinbom, besticht an der Lap-Steel-Gitarre mit einem minimalistisch-ausdrucksvollem Stil und seinem Gespür für Melodien.
Two incredible musical performers hit the roads of Europe in one small red van to bring you an extremely varied night of songs, instrumentals, collaborations and beautiful music.Samuel Walker is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, composer and performer. Raised by artists in the hills of southern England, he has spent his life immersed in music and shows no signs of slowing down. As well as recording and touring with his band The Muel, Samuel's solo shows have been gaining notoriety across the world for their eclectic, raucous, hilarious and beautiful nature. Surrounded by instruments on stage, Samuel's set up includes guitars, steel drums, a 1960's Hohner Pianet, feet percussion and a powerful set of vocal chords.2011 was a hectic year for Samuel, encompassing 2 European solo tours and many festivals, including 3 shows at the UK's Glastonbury Festival, and culminating with a short tour of Australia and a set at The Woodford folk festival in Queensland on Newyears eve.Samuel and the Muel have released one album, 2010's 'Once at Everywhere', which received critical praise and generous airplay on BBC 6 music in the UK. Samuel is currently working on a new album for release Summer 2012 and will be touring Europe solo in May 2012 in a double bill with his friend Swedish lap steel playing songwriter
